How Rumors Turn Into Barn-Hunt Adventures

As you begin playing Forza Horizon and start seeing some progress through the Horizon Adventure storyline, you will earn Accolade points, and then you will trigger barn find rumors. These show up as purple circles on your map, letting you know where to search.

Sometimes rumors unlock post-expeditions or by purchasing certain in-game properties. Once you trigger it, you can use the Drone Mode to fly over that area and find your barn easily. This will save tons of your time and frustration over hunting through forests and hills.

Now, when you drive to the barn that you found and approach its yellow doors, a little cinematic moment plays before you can finally own the classic car inside as yours.

This car now goes into your garage for restoration, which happens over time so you can keep playing while it gets fixed. If impatient, you can pay Credits to speed the work up. Soon, that beautiful vintage car will be ready to drive, upgrade, and enjoy on Mexico's roads.
